Based in Hemel Hempstead, I provide one to one and online instrumental tuition for all ages and abilities!
At The Piano & Woodwind School, I offer Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Recorder and Piano tuition. Lessons take place in my soundproofed studio at the bottom of the garden! I recommend the starting age is approximately 6 years old.
About me….. I have been teaching for over 20 years, starting whilst studying at The Royal Northern College of Music. I am fully DBS checked.
As a professional freelance musician, I perform on various West End shows, UK productions and with UK Orchestras.
My West End credits include;
The Producers, Hercules, The Devil wears Prada, A Face in the Crowd, Sister Act, Frozen, Cinderella, Phantom of the Opera, Book of Mormon, Only fools & horses, Company, Young Frankenstein, Kinky Boots, Aladdin, 42nd street, Adrian Mole, Wind in the Willows, Annie, The Girls, Much Ado About Nothing/Love’s Labour’s Lost, Guys & Dolls, Funny Girl, A Little Night Music, Peter Pan, Cats, Miss Saigon, White Christmas, Spamalot, WhatsOnStage Awards.
In addition to musical theatre, I also freelance with various orchestras, including- London Concert Orchestra, Senbla Orchestra, Novello Orchestra, English Symphony Orchestra, British Philharmonic Orchestra, Manchester Concert Orchestra, Arts Symphonic, Orchestra of the Swan, London Philharmonic Orchestra. With these Orchestras, I have also performed arena tours with Andrea Bocelli, Alfie Boe, Michael Ball, Russell Watson, Ministry of Sound Classical- to name a few.
